If you watch any sort of sales training videos on YouTube, you will definitely have come across the bald, shredded guy named Andy Elliot. He’s over 40 years old, lean as hell all year, and walks around in tight pants or super short shorts to show off his legs.
But, is he natty?
Does Andy Elliot take steroids?
First of all, I’m not hatin’ – and I don’t think there is anything wrong with TRT. At his age, to have that level of energy and look that good physically, it’s impressive, even with TRT.
Also, it’s even more impressive that he has maintained it and is obviously consistent with his lifestyle choices. Clearly, he doesn’t miss gym sessions, and he eats a healthy diet.
In the video below, he is sitting down to talk with the guy who owns Prime Recovery, a TRT clinic that Andy Elliot uses and recommends.
So there’s your answer, he is not natty – he is using TRT.
Now is he using a little more than TRT? Possibly, but he doesn’t go around claiming he’s natural! There are a few smaller influencers out there, who are in their 50s or older, and clearly on TRT, claiming to have natural solutions for looking like them at their age… clearly b/s.
In the video’s comment section, it’s clear that 90% of the viewers are okay with it and appreciate the honesty. Andy could have easily lied about using TRT, said he just trains crazy hard and follows some weird diet. Some people would believe it. But, he told the truth.
On the other hand, there are some comments from young guys who got on TRT early in life. They say it made them feel so much better… of course it did! These guys probably would have benefited from lifestyle changes like working out 3-5 days a week, getting out in the sun more often, and eating a healthier diet. So if you’re young and have low testosterone, make a serious attempt at raising your testosterone without injecting or taking any drugs. Lifestyle changes make a huge difference! Diet, exercise, and getting out in the sun!
